July 2011 - Is Your Shadow Dangerous?
You can carry so much of God on your life that when you walk into a room, God walks in with you. Or better yet, when you walk into a hospital, a supermarket, a neighborhood, a city, God walks in with you and fills the territory with His tangible presence and power. This level of glory was not just for Jesus. When Peter walked into the city, all the sick and demonized came out into the streets just to have Peter’s shadow pass by them. Peter walked in such a glory zone that his shadow was dangerous. His shadow healed the sick and cast out demons. This is seen in Acts 5:15-16. God has created us to be vessels of His presence and power. The more God possesses every fiber of our being, the more power flows through our lives. The more power we possess, the more we will see sick people healed and oppressed people transformed and set free. I have seen God accomplish more in two minutes with His anointing than I’ve seen people accomplish in two years with their own strength. I’ve seen people try to change themselves and others for years with no results. I’ve seen people try to get free from issues in their lives over and over again just to remain the same. This is not God’s best.

April 2011 - Shift Your Season
You Have More Power than You Think! I want to share a powerful insight with you about understanding your times and seasons. I know that God is omnipotent and holds our times and seasons in His hands. But most people relegate the season they are in to God’s sovereignty. They say, “Well, when God wants to give me a breakthrough, or make my life better, He’ll just do it.” I’ve heard others say, “When it’s God’s time to heal me, He’ll just heal me. I will just wait until then. In the meantime He is teaching me a lesson.” Others have said concerning the call that’s on their lives, “When God wants to open a door for me or use me in a certain way, it will just happen.” And they sit and wait and wait and wait. We may have more to do with our times and seasons then we realize. I learned this when studying the account of Jesus turning water into wine at the wedding in Cana of Galilee. The folks at the wedding told Jesus that they had no more wine. Mary turns to them and tells them to do whatever Jesus tells them to do. After Mary says this, Jesus turns to her and says, “Woman, what does this have to do with Me? My time has not yet come.” Jesus expressed to her that it was not God’s timing for His divinity and power to be revealed. Mary completely ignored Him and turned to the people and said, “Do whatever He tells you to do.” You see, Mary had something the others did not. She had vision to see the divine potential in Jesus. Because of her clarity of vision, she had faith. Her faith caused her to take action and make a decision that day. She gave instructions to the men at the wedding to do whatever Jesus would tell them to do. Her vision, produced faith, which produced an action, accelerating the timing of God for Jesus to be revealed to the world. Jesus’ season was shifted in a single moment! When the woman with the issue of blood heard Jesus was in town, her clarity of vision gave her faith to go after Jesus. Jesus was not walking around town looking for her so He could heal her. She went after Him. Her decision to press through the crowd shifted her season from sickness to wholeness! Your season can shift with one decision! In order to make the right decision that can change your entire life and launch you into your new season, you have to have faith that is produced by clarity of vision. Every distraction, fear and doubt must be banished from your heart. You must learn to live out of your spirit and not your soul. So many people are soul-driven, while God is calling us to be Spirit-led. If you make decisions based out of soulish emotion, you can shift your season in the wrong direction and hinder God’s plan for your life. But if you can learn to make decisions from your spirit, you have much more power to determine your season than you realize. Your faith can actually accelerate God’s timing and shift your season in a moment. Not only do you have power to shift your own season, but you can shift the seasons of those around you. When you learn to have prophetic vision into the lives of others, you can declare what God sees over them and pull their destiny into manifestation. Stop accepting your life just as it is. God has more for you! I want you to learn how to walk in all the prophetic destiny God has for you. January 2011 - New Year Prophetic Conference Report
The New Year Prophetic Conference was an explosion in the Spirit. It was standing room only as people gathered from across the United States to usher in the New Year in God’s glory. The weekend was filled with high praise, deep worship and an unusually strong sense of God’s presence. From the very first night people could feel the tangible presence of God wrapping around them. On Saturday night, the room erupted in spontaneous praise. For over ten minutes the capacity crowd lifted their voices in a roar to God. There was a new sound being released. It was the sound of the Lion of Judah. The atmosphere was electric! Miracles and supernatural healings happened throughout the weekend, as both Matt Sorger and David Herzog called out words of knowledge for healing. People were getting up out of their seats and running as God’s power was healing them. God is about to use natural gifts that are in His people in the secular world. People will operate as both a king and a priest as they function in both spiritual and secular jobs. David Herzog declared, “It’s not time to pull back on the nations.” Something big is going to happen with Asia. David shared prophetically what he believes God is showing him for investments that will bring a large increase and transfer of wealth in this hour. October 2010 - OVERCOMING YOUR GOLIATH - CONTENDING FOR THE NEXT LEVEL OF BREAKTHROUGH AND AUTHORITY
God is about to promote people to their next level of authority, influence and power. There is going to be a great need in the days ahead for godly leadership to lead the body of Christ. God wants us to know and understand not only how to breakthrough to the next level but how to also sustain the increase He gives. It’s one thing to get a breakthrough. It’s another thing to keep your breakthrough. PASSING THROUGH THE PLACE OF CONTENTION God is bringing people into a higher realm of authority, but one thing we must be aware of is that this is not coming without a fight. Before David could receive his royal crown of authority, he had to first face Goliath. He had already been anointed king, but before he could step into his destiny and into the next level of authority, he had to face Goliath. The increase and promotion was not going to come without a fight. 1 Sam 17:23-26 “As they talked, behold, Goliath, the champion, the Philistine of Gath, came forth from the Philistine ranks and spoke the same words as before, and David heard him. And all the men of Israel, when they saw the man, fled from him, terrified. And the Israelites said, Have you seen this man who has come out? Surely he has come out to defy Israel; and the man who kills him the king will enrich with great riches, and will give him his daughter and make his father's house free [from taxes and service] in Israel. And David said to the men standing by him, What shall be done for the man who kills this Philistine and takes away the reproach from Israel? For who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he should defy the armies of the living God?” Before you step into the next level God has for you, you will have to face your Goliath head on and take it down. Your next level will not come without a fight. Understand this about your giant, it will speak to you. It will try to intimidate, limit and constrain you from possessing what is yours in God. It will speak to you with words like, “Who do you think you are? You think God has a destiny for you? You think God will ever use you?” The words you hear will be in relation to the area of battle you are facing. “You think you will be free? You think things will change? Things are never going to change. You are going to keep going around this mountain. You are nothing. Just give up and quit!” A SUSTAINABLE ANOINTING AND BREAKTHROUGH Those that will move to a higher realm of authority need to understand that a sustainable anointing and mantle is not possible without testing and trial. Anointing without testing is not sustainable. God doesn’t want to just give us a temporary anointing or a momentary breakthrough. He wants us to be able to sustain it. The sustainability factor is crucial in this hour. We must contend for increase and sustain it. Before promotion you must walk through a place of contention. You must contend with your giant and gain victory over it before the anointing is released to manifest in a greater measure of authority. God anointed what was tested in David’s life. 1 Sam 17:36-39 “Your servant killed both the lion and the bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be like one of them, for he has defied the armies of the living God! David said, The Lord Who delivered me out of the paw of the lion and out of the paw of the bear, He will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said to David, Go, and the Lord be with you! Then Saul clothed David with his armor; he put a bronze helmet on his head and clothed him with a coat of mail. And David girded his sword over his armor. Then he tried to go, but could not, for he was not used to it. And David said to Saul, I cannot go with these, for I am not used to them. And David took them off.” God anoints what’s been tested in your life. God anointed David’s sling shot, not Saul’s armor. David couldn’t win the battle in Saul’s armor. It hadn’t been tested in his life. David wrestled the lion and the bear. He had used his sling and stone out in the wilderness. God anointed what had been tested. Promotion will come out of your testings and battles. Smaller battles will make you skillful in winning larger battles. Get happy! Because the areas of your greatest testings are about to become the areas of your greatest anointing! The very assignments the adversary had against your life are about to be turned around against him. God is going to release the deepest anointing and glory where you have had the deepest level of warfare and contending. As Isaac was entering into his land of inheritance in Genesis 26, we see that his land started in a place of barrenness. As he planted and sowed seed in that land, he became very prosperous and fruitful. God accelerated his harvest and in the same year reaped one hundred fold. But God still had more increase for him The Philistines envied him and began to bury the wells of Abraham. In order for Isaac to breakthrough to a higher level of fruitfulness in his inheritance he had to contend with the Philistines. As he dug wells the first one was called Esek, meaning contention. The next well was called Sitnah meaning enmity. The third well was called Rehoboth meaning room. As Isaac persevered and endured, God made room for him to be fruitful in the land. The key for Isaac’s breakthrough was endurance. As we endure through a place of contention, God will make room for us and will cause us to be fruitful in our land of inheritance. Increase and promotion is coming, but not without a fight. In order to win this battle we must endure to the end. We are in a time where many are facing their Goliaths. They are in a time of spiritual pressure and resistance. Depending on what they do in this battle will determine their next season. Either they will sustain what God has given them and experience an increase or they could lose what has been entrusted to them. Usually the greatest fight is right before the greatest breakthrough. This is usually when people give up. They are right on the edge of moving to the next level when they get weary and tired. As long as you refuse to give up, God will make sure you excel to your next level of inheritance. So get happy when you see spiritual contention in your life! It means you are on the verge of breakthrough and promotion. But we have to make the right choices and pray through to victory. THE POWER OF BROKENNESS God wants us to understand the power of brokenness. There is a big difference between worldly sorrow and godly sorrow, between worldly brokenness and godly brokenness. Let me show you a great example in the realm of leadership. Saul’s heart had become filled with anger, insecurity, jealously, hate, murder, rebellion, fear of man and witchcraft. When Saul was confronted in his sin he acknowledged it. We see this in 1 Samuel 15:30. He clearly says, “I have sinned.” But then immediately following this statement he says, “Yet honor me now before the elders of my people and before Israel.” Saul was more concerned about his reputation before the people than he was about grieving God and losing the Holy Spirit. He had a carnal sorrow. A worldly sorrow will be sorry about being caught and having consequences. But it’s not true godly sorrow. When a leader cares more about pubic honor and recognition than he does about grieving God’s heart, there is no godly sorrow or repentance there. Then there was David. David was not perfect. He committed some bad sins, including murder and adultery. But the bible still calls him a man after God’s own heart. Why? It was not because of his perfection, but because of the depth of his godly sorrow and repentance. David’s main concern was not his reputation. In Psalm 51 we see David’s heart when he cries out for God not to take His Holy Spirit from him. David’s main concern was grieving the heart of God and losing the Holy Spirit. This was the difference between David and Saul’s heart. One still cared about reputation and honor before man. The other cared about God’s heart and presence. The reason Saul lost his mantle and anointing was because his heart grew calloused and he lacked godly sorrow. While David still had consequences for his sin, the reason he was able to sustain his mantle and anointing was because of the depth of his level of brokenness and godly sorrow. In order for us to be able to maintain and sustain the increase, anointing and mantle God gives us, we must have the heart of David, one that cares most about God’s heart and one that has a holy, godly brokenness in humility before the Lord. Godly brokenness is what will sustain both leaders and the church in this hour. We must be able to sustain the increase God is about to give. Many have been under spiritual pressure. They are facing giants they never had to face. This is because God wants to promote them in Kingdom authority. With testing comes the possibility for promotion depending on what we do with that test. The keys to moving higher will be our ability to endure and our level of true godly brokenness over what grieves the heart of God. As we face and take down our Goliath’s we will be positioned before the Lord for increase, multiplication and fruitfulness. The church is in need of godly leadership in this hour. Out of true brokenness will emerge a fresh anointing that will bring great breakthrough in the lives of God’s people. PRAYER Wait on the Lord and allow Him to break you through every area of battle in your life. Pray the word. Spend time in worship. Make godly choices and purge all sin and compromise out of your life. Pray this prayer with me. “Lord, I submit and surrender every area of my life to you. I make the choice to live in a way that pleases You. Forgive me of all my sin and transgression. Show me any areas of my life that have grieved you. Release a godly sorrow and brokenness in my heart. May I care most about what You feel. Give me the strength to endure and the godly brokenness I need to sustain Your increase in my life. Lord may the adversary have nothing in me. In Jesus name I take authority over every Goliath in my life that is trying to intimidate me and hold me back. I command it to come down now in Jesus name. Amen.”

October 2010 - AN URGENT APPEAL FROM MATT SORGER

September 2010 - Rosh Hashanah and The Ten Days of Awe
Transitioning Into and Preparing for Spiritual Awakening Rosh Hashanah is one of the highest holy days on the Jewish calendar. I have come to understand that God works in times and seasons and never does anything haphazardly. Over the last eight years since God first launched us out into the healing ministry I always noticed that each year September would be a significant month spiritually for us. It was in September of 2002 that our ministry was birthed and each September following God has brought a significant change and transition. It was only this last year that I discovered that September marks the first month of the original Jewish calendar with Rosh Hashanah marking the first day of the New Year. I gained a revelation and understanding that the Jewish Feasts and Holy Days mark important times and seasons in the Spirit. God still works in line with His original calendar. A TIME OF TRANSITION AND CHANGE-REALIGNMENTS ARE HAPPENING September, coming into the Jewish New Year, is often a time of transition and change. Often times when the Lord brings change there comes a realignment of things and there is a cutting away that happens. This brings a realignment of the Body so that we are in the right place at the right time for the purposes of the Kingdom. I believe for many in the Body of Christ they are entering into a new season in their lives where God is calling them to leave the old behind and step into the new. Things of the past that have hindered and impeded our forward motion must be left behind if we are to move upward in God’s purpose and call. It truly is a time where God is stripping and removing everything that would hinder our race in Him. As we transition into the new we must understand what He is doing and what things He is requiring of us to leave behind. This transition will be different for each one of us depending on God’s unique plan and destiny for our lives. We must have an ear to hear Him in this season. BE CAREFUL NOT TO CARBON COPY OLD PATTERNS God is breaking out of the box. We must be very careful in this next season not to pattern ourselves after models of the past, even good models. We must not carbon copy ourselves after patterns of ministry that worked in the last season. God is doing a new thing. To move into the new wineskin we must remain very pliable and sensitive to what God is doing and how He is moving. This will require a keen sensitivity to His voice and a boldness not to blend in and go with the flow. It will require a heart of total obedience and death to self. Lev. 23:23-32 share about the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement. There is both historical and prophetic significance in each feast. The first three feasts deal with the first coming of Christ while the last three look forward to His Second Coming. Each feast will be fulfilled historically through the life of Christ. The Feasts still hold great significance for us today. Jesus said in Mt.5:17 “Think not that I have come to destroy the Law, or the prophets. I have not come to destroy, but to fulfill.” Col. 2:16-17 also indicates that these feasts are a “shadow of things to come.” Things that have been concealed in the Old Testament have now been revealed through the life of Christ. THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS – BEGINNING A NEW YEAR SPIRITUALLY Sept. 9, 2010 marks the day of Rosh Hashanah, beginning the spiritual New Year. This day begins the period known as the Ten Days of Awe and ends in Yom Kippur and the Day of Atonement. Rash Hashanah is also known as the Feast of Trumpets. According to the World Book Encyclopedia during this festival the Jewish people pray for God’s forgiveness, for a good new year and for long life. According to Jewish tradition this day is the beginning of God’s annual judgment of humanity. During this spiritual season the eyes of God are searching our hearts. It is a time to: 1. Humble ourselves before God and let Him search and judge our hearts. We must have a contrite attitude and repent of all sin. 2. Pray God’s blessing over the New Year. 3. Pray God’s blessing for a long and healthy life in Christ. The World Book Encyclopedia indicates that Jewish services on Rash Hashanah emphasize judgment, penitence and forgiveness. A shofar is blown to call the people to a place of repentance of sin and to be awakened to holy service to God. A MOVEMENT OF HOLINESS AND POWER During this season there is a call going out to holiness and power! As we transition into the new season we will see two very important streams running parallel to each other in the Church. There will be a stream of very deep holiness along with a stream of extraordinary power. The days of mixture are over where people have operated in the anointing in public and lived in sin in private. God is calling us to a higher standard and to a place of spiritual maturity. God is bringing the Church into a place of true son-ship. For this to happen we must experience His holy, loving discipline so we can mature into the place of holiness and power He is calling us into. God is dealing with all mixture in the heart of the Church, corporately and individually. There is a greater glory coming and in order to hold its weight we must have a firm, strong foundation. As the power of God increases on the Church we must have an even more solid foundation. God is taking all the mixture out so we can handle the pure power of the Holy Spirit. In this season of Awakening we will see two parallel streams: holiness and power. We don’t always know what is in our hearts. If there is something that must be purged, God will purge it. This is a time and season where we need to humble ourselves and let God search and cleanse our hearts. WHAT WE SOW NOW WILL DETERMINE THE DIRECTION FOR THE COMING YEAR The position we take before God will determine the direction of the rest of the year. What we sow now will release a harvest for the coming year. Rosh Hashanah is known as the “Head of the Year”. Jewish tradition says that this day marks the anniversary of the creation of the world and is the day when God takes stock of creation. Just as the head directs the body so God’s judgments on Rosh Hashanah direct the events of the coming year. I shared earlier that it is very important what we sow during this season. The seeds we sow will come into quick harvest. Since Rosh Hashanah begins a season of God’s judgment, we must be very careful not to sow seeds of judgment into the lives of others. When I talk about God’s judgment some will jump on that and say ‘Yeah! Man is so sinful God is just going to destroy the world!’ When I say judgment I don’t mean God’s destruction. God’s judgment is always redemptive and His discipline is always in love and with encouragement. Correction that comes without encouragement is not from God’s heart. His discipline always encourages us to rise higher; it never discourages us nor knocks us down. That is usually the work of a critical, judgmental spirit. In Mt 7:1-2 Jesus exhorts His disciples “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.” We must be sure to keep a humble heart and not sow critical, fault finding judgment into the lives of others. That kind of judgment will release a harvest you don’t want in your life. The measure you sow will equal the measure that comes back to you. God will allow this reaping to expose what is in our own hearts. Many times we don’t even know everything that is within us, nor what is driving us to feel the things we feel. Usually false judgment starts with an offense. That offense may not even be grounded in absolute truth. It may result just from a difference of opinion or style. We think our way is better and become critical of others. This is actually a self righteous spirit and does not communicate the pure heart of God. DISCERNMENT V. ACCUSATION – KNOWING THE DIFFERENCE It is important to understand the difference between discernment and accusation. Spiritually immature people don’t know how to distinguish the two. They begin to operate in a spirit of accusation thinking they are operating with the heart of God when they are actually coming into agreement with the wrong voice, the voice of the enemy. The enemy’s voice can sound very self righteous and indignant. If we are not spiritually mature enough to check our inward attitudes we can easily come into agreement with this voice and become a ‘crusader’ for judgment and accusation thinking we are helping people by pointing out everything we think is wrong. This can be a dangerous place when we step into agreement with the accuser of the brethren and begin to sow division rather than love, encouragement and restoration in people’s lives. God has called us to be agents of healing and love, not division. Be very careful that your discernment doesn’t cross the line into accusation. Those are seeds you do not want to be sowing. When we are operating in true discernment from the Holy Spirit our hearts will overflow with love for that individual and we will respond like Jesus. Jesus laid His life down for others. The main purpose for discernment is prayer. If we lay down our lives for others in loving prayer, then God’s hand will move beautifully in their hearts bringing the change that is needed and we don’t even have to say a word. Our job is to pray with a right spirit and then speak only if we have earned that place in a person’s life through loving relationship, trust and humility. Prov. 27:6 says “Faithful are the wounds of a friend.” The key word here is ‘friend’. These wounds are easily healed because they are full of heartfelt love. Jesus never threw stones or spoke hurtful words. He rebuked the religious people from time to time, but never cast stones at those caught in a sin. He would confront sin when needed but at the same time would offer perfect, eternal love with a heart of mercy and restoration. We must hate sin, but always remember to love the sinner. We must also be careful not to judge someone just because they have a different style or way of doing things. Style is not a sin issue. Man judges by the external, but God always looks at the heart. We must be careful to look with God’s eyes and not our own. A GOOD TIME TO TAKE STOCK If you have ever been the victim of false accusation or judgment, it is a good time to take stock of your own heart and ask yourself, “Have I ever sowed this into someone else’s life? Have I ever had a critical, fault-finding attitude toward someone else?” Maybe you have, maybe you haven’t. But it is good to check. Sometimes we have such a sense of conviction with our judgments that we are sure we have God’s heart. Not always. We can be sincere, but sincerely wrong about another individual. We are all susceptible to this deception if not careful. As we move into the next season God has for us, the position to take is that of humility, searching and judging our own hearts so that we ourselves are not judged. It is also a time to pray for God’s blessing and favor on the New Year. Following Rash Hashanah is the Ten Days of Awe leading into The Day of Atonement. The Day of Atonement is the day the High Priest would go into the Holy of Holies and apply the blood of the sacrifice to the mercy seat to atone for the sins of the people from the previous year. There was no barrier between the High Priest and the full manifested glory of God. I believe that as we humble ourselves before God and embrace the sacrifice of the cross in a new way in our lives, we will experience a depth of intimacy and communion with God deeper than we have ever known before. There will be no barrier between us and the glory as we embrace the work of the cross. Humility opens the way for us to go deep into a pure communion with God. It will be out of this place that we reap the amazing Harvest that is awaiting us. Not only a harvest of God’s mercy and love in our own lives, but a harvest of global proportions as we see the heart of humanity turn towards God in this last hour. August 2010 - THE MORAL CRACK IN THE NATION & THE CHURCH MUST BE CONFRONTED AND HEALED
There is a moral rift in the foundation of our nation. But the Bible is very clear that judgement begins with the house of God. 1 Peter 4:17 “For the time [has arrived] for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will [be] the end of those who do not respect or believe or obey the good news (the Gospel) of God? God’s judgements are good. Judgement is different from wrath. Wrath is God’s destruction against sin. Judgement is God’s righteous discipline bringing redemption and restoration. God’s wrath destroys. His judgements redeem. As we look upon our nation today we can quickly see our moral foundations decaying. But this is just a sign that there is a much deeper problem. Not only is there a crack in the foundation of our nation, there is a crack in the moral foundation of the church. If we are to see God’s hand of blessing and favor remain upon America, the church within America must repent of all compromise and sin. We must allow God to cause His fruit to grow in our lives. This fruitfulness in the church will not only have a profound impact upon us, but upon our nation as well. JESUS IS LOOKING FOR FRUIT Jesus is looking for fruit in the lives of His people. It’s not enough to look good from a distance. He’s looking for fruit up close. Mark 11:12-14 “And seeing in the distance a fig tree [covered] with leaves, He went to see if He could find any [fruit] on it. But when He came up to it, He found nothing but leaves, for the fig season had not yet come. And He said to it, No one ever again shall eat fruit from you. And His disciples were listening [to what He said].” From a distance things can look great. The fig tree looked great from a distance. It was filled with leaves. But when Jesus got up close He discovered that there was no fruit on it. I want to draw a broad parallel here between the gifts of the Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit. From a distance the operation of the gifts of God in our lives can look great. The gifts are without repentance. You can start off right. You can begin operating in gifts of the Spirit because of your relationship with God. But it’s not enough just to start right. We have to finish right. It’s possible to begin with a strong relationship with God, but then begin to ride on the gift God has given you and stray from Him in your heart. It’s possible to have strong gifts that can be seen from a distance. But you can only see what fruit there is on the tree when you get up close. IN SEASON AND OUT Our true fruit is revealed through the relationships that are closest to us. Only when you really get to know a person can you see what fruit they really have. Jesus is not just wanting us to be leafy trees operating in gifts. He wants to find fruit. His destiny for us is that we would be fruitful trees. Jesus took this so seriously that even when the fig tree was out of season for bearing figs, Jesus still held the tree responsible for not having fruit. The truth is, no matter what season it is, no matter what our circumstances are, no matter if it’s a good day or a rough day, Jesus wants us to be bearing fruit. It will not always be easy to bear good fruit. It requires a death to the desires of the flesh and to the self-life. But God wants us to be ready in season and out of season. 2 Tim 4:2-5 “Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.” GOD IS DETERMINED TO HAVE A CHURCH THAT BEARS FRUIT Joel prophesied in Joel 2:22-24 “Be not afraid, you wild beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness have sprung up and are green; the tree bears its fruit, and the fig tree and the vine yield their [full] strength. Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord, your God; for He gives you the former or early rain in just measure and in righteousness, and He causes to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, as before. And the [threshing] floors shall be full of grain and the vats shall overflow with juice [of the grape] and oil.” As God continues to work in His people, He will cause wilderness places to become green pastures. He will cause dry, dead places to become alive. He will cause the tree to bear fruit and the vine to have full strength. God is releasing a strength in His people to bear the fruit He desires us to have. He’s making His people strong in Spirit. FULL MATURITY AND HARVEST ON THE THRESHING FLOOR As God releases a heavy latter rain upon His people He is going to cause every seed that has been sown to spring forth to full maturity and harvest. Every seed of God’s word that has been sown on the inside of us will spring forth to maturity. In other words, God is causing His people to grow up. He is bringing His corporate body into a place of maturity. One of the signs that you are growing into a place of maturity is that things that offended you before will no longer irritate you. You will be less offendable. You will have less reactions from your flesh and will be led more by the Spirit. Another sign of spiritual maturity is that you are learning to resist temptation and walk and live in a way that pleases God. Spiritual maturity will be reflected in your thoughts, attitudes and behavior, especially with those closest to you. It’s time we really evaluate ourselves in the light of God’s presence and truth. It’s time to deeply repent of the besetting sins of our flesh, turn away from ungodly attitudes and offenses and fully surrender to God’s dealing in our lives. The threshing floors will be full of grain. This speaks of a mature harvest. It will not only be a harvest of souls, but it will also be a harvest of God’s word in you causing you to be a mature son and daughter of God. Every area of our lives that has been placed on the threshing floor will produce a harvest of maturity and fruitfulness. THE IMPACT OF LIVING OUT OF THE OVERFLOW The vats will overflow with new wine and oil. Out of a place of maturity and harvest God is bringing His people into a place known as “overflow”. We are going to live out of the overflow of God’s presence and anointing in our lives. It’s not just a new season. It’s a new dimension. God’s people will carry so much of His presence and power that there will be an overflow of His presence from our lives changing the atmosphere around us. This overflow of fresh anointing will not only transform us but will have a profound impact on the world around us. God is not a God of just enough. He is always a God of more than enough. He doesn’t want to give you just enough anointing for yourself. He wants to give you so much of Himself that His presence and power overflows out of you to reach the world around you. PRAYER OF AGREEMENT Father, I humble myself before You today. I build an altar in my life. I give myself to You. I repent of every area of sin and compromise. Forgive me for offending You. Cleanse me and make me righteous in Your eyes. Holy Spirit help me to live in a way that pleases You. Cause Your fruit to grow in my life. Bring me to a place of maturity in every area. Release a fresh anointing and empower me to live in the overflow of Your Spirit. Fill me to overflowing with your power. I repent of all hypocrisy and besetting sin. Heal my spirit, soul and body. July 2010 - AN URGENT APPEAL FROM MATT SORGER

We must take our place as watchmen on the wall to see a nation saved and God’s purposes fulfilled in His people for the establishing of His Kingdom in the earth. Your presence is needed. Your voice must be heard. No more delay. May God send His Spirit now for Jesus’ sake!

July 2010 - REMAINING RELEVANT IN A CHANGING WORLD
The question is how do we remain relevant in a changing world to most effectively reach this generation? In order to remain relevant there are two important spiritual issues we need to talk about. This goes way beyond how we look and what means we use to get the gospel message out. It touches our core values as believers. One thing I have noticed the Holy Spirit doing in His church is readjusting and refocusing our vision. Leaders are realizing that if the church is to continue to grow and be healthy our vision cannot only be inward, but it must be outward as well. SHIFTING YOUR VISION A strong healthy church will be focused on its people. It will be discipling, teaching, healing, restoring and equipping God’s people to be all they can be. However, there is a goal in mind. The purpose of building a strong church is not just to fill a bunch of seats and keep a building filled each week. The purpose of ministering to the body of Christ is so that the church can then go and reach the world. If we lose our outward vision, the church will cease from being relevant to the world around us. God is realigning our vision. Churches are transitioning. And it all starts with vision. The vision of the people and the vision of the leaders. The goal should not be just to fill a building for the sake of having alot of people in church. The goal should be let’s impact as many people as possible within the four walls of the church so that we can become a church without walls and transform our society, our communities and the world in which we live. We are called by God so that we can be sent by God. But no one will be sent unless we open our eyes to see the vast opportunities that lie before us. MEETING THE REAL NEEDS OF REAL PEOPLE We will remain relevant as our vision moves outward. We need to take stock and ask ourselves a few questions. Are we seeing new people each week invited by friends into our church services? Are people getting saved each week in our churches? Are we properly teaching and discipling these new believers? But more than what we see in church on Sunday, are our people being mobilized to make evangelism and sharing their faith a simple part of their daily lives? It is so easy to become self absorbed to the point that our time, attention and thoughts are consumed with things that are happening in our own lives. Ministry is not always easy or convenient. Sharing a message from God’s heart or reaching out and touching someones life with the love of God will not always happen when you are having a good day. There will be times when you feel like being alone. Or times when you don’t feel like talking to anyone. It may just be during those times that God will use you the most to advance His kingdom in someone else’s life. To be relevant, we have to remain selfless. The more self absorbed we are the less relevant and effective we will be. Even Jesus experienced this. In Matthew 14:10-16 Jesus just discovered that His cousin John the Baptist was beheaded. He went to a solitary place to be alone. But the crowds followed Him. They needed healing and food. Jesus could have remained focused on His own pain and need. But instead He got His focus on the people and the one’s God sent Him to reach. Jesus was very relevant that day. Not only did He heal all the sick, but He fed all the hungry. To be relevant we must reach the real needs of real people. STAY PLUGGED IN - IT’S A SUPERNATURAL GENERATION That brings me to another point. To be relevant, we can never move away from the power of God. There is a large movement in the church today that is seeking to remove any display of God’s power from our church meetings so we don’t offend anyone. But the reality is, without God’s power people cannot be transformed or brought into the place God has destined them to be. There have been wonderful movements throughout church history that have been filled with both the powerful preaching and teaching of God’s word as well as with the freedom and power of the Holy Spirit. Not only did people learn the word of God, but they also encountered and experienced God in supernatural ways. The sad reality is, many in the church have moved away from allowing the power of the Holy Spirit to move because they are afraid of losing people from their church. Have we become so refined and dignified that we have shut the doors on the Holy Spirit? As a result things may look good on the surface, but underneath, people are sitting in church meetings week after week with the same bondages they have had for years because there has been no anointing and power to break the yoke. If the church is to stay relevant to a supernatural generation, we must once again embrace all that the Holy Spirit longs to do in God’s people. We must give the Holy Spirit room to move and minister to the deep needs in people’s lives. This generation has a very supernatural mindset. Just look at the movies being released from Hollywood. If we don’t meet this need by stepping into the flow of the supernatural power of God, we can possibly lose a generation. This younger generation is hungry for the real thing. They want to experience the power of God in their lives. That will only happen as we make the choice to stay relevant not just in our presentation and style, but by looking outward in our vision to the world and by staying connected to the power Source. As God is free to move in His presence and power we will remain relevant in reaching this generation for Christ.

April 2010 - THE THIRD DAY CHURCH
Transitioning from “Revival Culture” to “Resurrection Power Culture” by Matt Sorger Saturday, March 6, 2010, during a time of worship the Lord spoke to my heart. I was caught up in His presence when the voice of God spoke these three things to me: 1. Church gatherings are about to experience a fresh wind of God’s Spirit as whole meetings will be caught up in His manifest presence. 2. Mantles are very soon to be released over the church empowering people to do extraordinary things for the Kingdom of God. Those who have been in a place of hiding and preparation are about to come forth in power. 3. The voice of the Lord will not be just heard from the pulpit with anointed preaching and teaching, but the voice of God will also be heard from the pews. A fresh anointing for the corporate prophetic utterance is about to be revived. God’s voice will be heard through His people. As I pondered these three revelations, the Lord also began to speak to my heart about a shift that is coming into our mindsets concerning revival. God is transitioning the church from a “revival culture” to a “resurrection power culture”. There is a difference between the two. A culture is a set of beliefs, values, practices, mindsets, actions, and behaviors practiced and esteemed by a group of people. Culture marks and characterizes your way of life. Prophetically God is bringing His people into the time of the “third day.” If there is a third day, then there must be a first and a second day. I want to explain to you what this means and how it will impact your life in this next season. Hosea the prophet talks about the process of transitioning from the first to the second to the third day and what each day signifies. Hosea’s prophecy can apply on multiple levels, as prophecy often does. It can apply to your personal journey in God as well as the corporate journey and process of God’s people. Hos 6:1-2 “Come and let us return to the Lord, for He has torn so that He may heal us; He has stricken so that He may bind us up. After two days He will revive us (quicken us, give us life); on the third day He will raise us up that we may live before Him. [Isa. 26:19; Ezek. 37:1-10.] DAY ONE “Come and let us return to the Lord.” The first day is marked by a turning to the Lord. It is all about rending our hearts and fully repenting of everything that grieves God’s heart in our lives. Acts 3:19 declares “So repent (change your mind and purpose); turn around and return [to God], that your sins may be erased (blotted out, wiped clean), that times of refreshing (of recovering from the effects of heat, of reviving with fresh air) may come from the presence of the Lord.” (AMP) To repent means to “change your mind and purpose.” It means to change your way of thinking and what motivates you. Repentance causes you to turn around and walk in the exact opposite direction of your sin, back towards God. This complete turning towards God causes all of our sins to be cleansed and removed and releases a fresh wind of God’s presence in our lives. His refreshing then brings restoration from the effects of sin. True repentance brings not only a change of mind and motive, but also changes our behavior. Repentance brings true inner change producing an outward transformation. DAY TWO “After two days He will revive us (quicken us, give us life)” Day two is marked by revival.

January 2010 - NEW SEASON FOR THE CHURCH!
Prophetic Word by Matt Sorger “I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying right now that He is leading captivity captive. And the captivity that you have experienced in your last season, you will not bring with you into the next season. He is taking captive your captivity. It will no longer hold you as you transition into the next season.” CHUCK PIERCE PROPHETIC WORD FOR MATT AND MSM The path of this ministry will now begin to find its directives at new intersections (that the Lord provides). January 2010 - NEW MIRACLE CRUSADE LAUNCH
This past December the church celebrated the home-going of a general in the faith, Dr. Oral Roberts. He led millions to the Lord during his earthly ministry and stewarded one of the most powerful healing anointings this world has ever seen. He carried a tremendous mantle from the Lord. As I was praying in December the Lord placed on my heart to begin to add an evangelistic miracle crusade dimension to the conferences we host. Much of our gatherings have been to equip and empower the believer to move in a deeper dimension of God’s glory. I have felt to add to these gatherings a time where we focus specifically on praying for the sick and offering salvation to the lost. Our first Miracle Crusade will be held Sunday, January 10 at 6pm at Church on the Sound in Stony Brook, NY. This glory healing service will directly follow our New Year Prophetic Glory Gathering which will be held on Jan 8-9, 2010, also at Church on the Sound. The conference will focus on hearing what the Holy Spirit is saying to the church in this hour and the Miracle Crusade will focus on salvation for the lost and healing for those sick on body. There is no registration required for the Miracle Crusade on January 10. Doors will open at 4pm. Service will promptly start at 6pm. Seats will be available on a first come first serve basis. Jesus understood the connection between power and intimacy. Luke 5:15-16 says, “Great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by Him of their infirmities. So He Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed” (NKJV). Jesus was constantly flowing in the anointing and releasing the power of God through His life to others. The level of His anointing was in direct proportion to His prayer life. Everything He accomplished in His earthly ministry was birthed out of the time He spent with the Father in prayer. In John 5:19 Jesus declares, “‘Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.’” The mighty power that flowed through Jesus’ life to work miracles was a direct result of His communion with God. God taught me this truth early on in my walk with Him. Both before and during my years in pastoral ministry I would spend hours a day waiting in His presence. At that time I had no idea how God would use me to bring His love and power to thousands. I would often walk into my office at the church as a young pastor to find the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit waiting there for me. Periodically I would spend all day and night locked in my office basking in the radiance of His glory. One day I felt guilty for spending so much time in prayer. I knew there were practical things that needed to be done. But God said to me, “Matt, if you do not have this time with Me now, you will not be able to walk in what I have for you in the future.” Instantly all the guilt was gone. I knew that my future ministry would be released out of the time I was spending with God. And of course, the tasks I had to do always got done. After five years of pastoral ministry, during which the anointing of God increased on my life, I suddenly found myself being launched out by Him into a worldwide, prophetic healing ministry. Over the last several years we have seen thousands saved, healed and delivered by God’s power. I attribute the anointing I have today to the years of hidden devotion I had with God both as a young person and a pastor. I could write pages of accounts of divine encounters in which the power of God has been released as a result of my cultivating a relationship with the Holy Spirit in my life. One particularly memorable event occurred during a church service in West Virginia. It was 8:30 p.m., and we had already been worshiping for an hour and a half. Suddenly God said to me, “At 9:00 p.m. My power will hit this place.” I knew something extraordinary was about to happen. I stood at the pulpit and encouraged those in attendance to continue worshiping. Then I instructed the ushers to close off all the air vents. I didn’t want anyone to mistake the air conditioning for the wind of God. The members of the congregation lifted up their hands and began to worship with a new fervor. The atmosphere became electrified with a supernatural faith. At precisely 9:00 p.m. I could feel a surge of power hit my body as the person of the Holy Spirit swept across the sanctuary. Some could feel a physical wind blowing over their bodies, while others felt a tangible fire. God had invaded the meeting! People ran forward testifying of God’s healing power. Many were instantly healed of fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, chronic back pain, chest pain, shoulder conditions, knee injuries, pneumonia and rheumatoid arthritis. As we have allowed the Holy Spirit to move in our meetings since that incident, we have also witnessed the healing of cancer, the opening of deaf ears, the restoration of sight to blind eyes and the ability to walk to the lame, as well as the healing of deep emotions. Glory to God! Let me encourage you to continually develop a lifestyle of intimacy with God. Not only will you experience His tremendous power, but you will also enjoy getting to know Him, walking closely with Him and learning the secrets of His heart. You will discover that fellowship with Him is the greatest joy a person can experience. You can walk intimately with God and live in the reality of His presence every day of your life. You can be a releaser of His glory in a hurting and lost world. Whether to the woman in the grocery store who needs healing from arthritis or to the multitudes in Africa and India who are starving and lost in spiritual darkness, you can carry God’s power and love as you intimately walk with God each day of your life.

I am writing you from my hotel room tonight in Copenhagen, Denmark. I just finished up our two week Europe campaign where I preached 12 times in the last 2 weeks. The services were wonderful! I ministered in both England and Denmark and we experienced great breakthroughs in the Spirit. The Lord released His healing power touching many in their physical bodies. He also anointed me to minister prophetically over several people including key leaders. The words the Lord gave were very specific and were used to establish important things in the Spirit over their lives and ministries. We are making plans for 2 European Tours in 2010. July 2009 - Just Show Me the Stuff!
Personal Reflections by Matt Sorger I am witnessing an alarming trend in some of our charismatic circles and services. I travel full time on the road all across the United States and other parts of the world. Each week I am ministering in another state to a new group of hungry believers wanting to live in the fullness of God’s Spirit. Several times in the last few months I have encountered a disturbing and grievous observation. Before I share it with you, let me give you some of my personal background. A FIRM FOUNDATION I was saved at the age of 14. I am thankful to have been raised in a solid Bible preaching, Spirit-filled church. The word was always given a priority. An understanding of living a holy, sanctified life was always preached with conviction. I took my first steps of walking, living and ministering in the Spirit there. As a young pastor I was given some room to begin to spread my wings as the anointing and power of God began to move through my life. I took full flight when I launched out from pastoring six years ago to travel full time in a “prophetic revival” ministry.

July 2009 - CHINA ADVENTURE
REACHING INTO THE HEART OF THE PERSECUTED CHURCH I thank you partners for praying and sowing into our recent outreach into China. On many levels it was a great success. The Bible talks a lot about love. One thing is true. Love is more than just words. Love has action. During our time in China that is exactly what I saw and was a part of. Love in action. Our ministry there took on several different dynamics. One of our major focuses was spending time with what many in the west call the “underground church.” In China they prefer to call it the “house church.” We also had the opportunity to visit with a government church. The government church is known as the Three Self Church. Government churches are registered with the government and have some regulations placed upon them. They are also much more conservative in nature. The house church movement is not officially registered with the government and as a result they have much more freedom of worship. They are not restricted in what they can preach nor how they can worship. ADVENTURES IN HOUSE CHURCH MEETINGS It was quite an adventure ministering in the house church meetings. We began with a house church conference for pastors, leaders and workers that ministered in the earthquake region of China. This was one of our largest gatherings with around 100 in attendance. For a house church meeting this is definitely on the large size. Most house church meetings are from 10-15 people. I ministered on the glory and power of the Holy Spirit in the first meeting. Shortly after this meeting officials came and shut the conference down. Our meetings were reported and we were forced to disband. I can’t share anymore about what happened due to the security risks of such information. Our intercessors were praying fervently for us from home and we were able to continue our trip in China.

May 2009 - IT’S A NEW LEVEL!
GLORY, SIGNS & WONDERS CONFERENCE April 16-18, 2009 The conference was AMAZING (to say the least)! Matt Sorger, Joshua Mills, and James Goll ministered with the fire and power of Holy Ghost. We all witnessed heaven touching the earth this past weekend. How awesome it was. The worship of Steve Swanson and Catherine Mullins opened the heavens and the glory of God fell and touched many in powerful and innumerous ways. If you were not present, I highly suggest you get the DVDs and CDs of the conference! God’s people were equipped, set free, and many left transformed with new hearts. God placed His super on MSM’s natural and revival mantles, blueprints from heaven, and new wine was released upon all present. Our very own Matthew James Sorger was released as an ambassador to the nations of this earth at his re-ordination. James Goll transferred every anointing of purpose and accomplishment of his life upon Matt’s life, and Matt crossed over into a new dimension of authority and power in the realm of the Spirit. What stands before Matt Sorger Ministries now is…greater works. There was not a dry eye in the house. Tearful joy washed across the faces of those present.

April 2009 - The Revival of the Fear of the Lord and Its Benefits
One of the characteristics that will mark this fresh outpouring of God’s Spirit is a revival of the fear of the Lord. The fear of the Lord is vital in order to live a successful and vibrant Christian life. It doesn’t rob the joy out of your life. In fact, it causes you to live your life to its fullest potential in God and releases supernatural joy, peace and prosperity! There are many benefits to living a life filled with a healthy and holy fear of God. The true fear of the Lord is to hate all evil. It is to love everything that God loves and to hate everything that He hates. This standard and plumb line of righteousness and truth will keep you strong when you are tempted to compromise what is right. It will cause you to overcome in life and fulfill everything God has for you to be and to do. As we allow the Holy Spirit to do His deep work in each of our lives, we will experience every blessing that comes along with embracing the fear of the Lord.

April 2009 - Matt to be Re-Ordained by Prophet James Goll
Glory, Signs & Wonders Conference April 16-18, 2009 Special Word from Matt... We have two of my favorite people coming; Prophet James Goll and glory carrier Joshua Mills. I feel so strongly that this gathering is going to be very significant and powerful as we move to a new level of God’s glory and anointing. I am encouraging everyone to make every effort possible to be in attendance. There is going to be a powerful impartation of God’s glory and power into your life. I also am very happy to announce that I will be re-ordained by Prophet James Goll. As a ministry and also personally I feel I am moving into a new season. I was first ordained into the ministry nine years ago while serving as a pastor. Over the last seven years I have traveled full time as a revivalist functioning in the evangelistic and prophetic ministry. I know there is still more to come and much more vision God has placed in my spirit. I know God’s full design will be fulfilled in His perfect timing. February 2009 - REVIVAL IN NEW ZEALAND
While on my recent trip to New Zealand we witnessed and experienced an outpouring of the Holy Spirit within the Catholic Church. We were invited to come and minister to the Catholics by Brother Andrew of Christ the King Church in New Zealand. They were very open and very hungry to experience the power of the Holy Spirit and were very Christ centered in their faith and theology. There is truly a deep love for Jesus and a hunger for the Holy Spirit in the Catholic Church in New Zealand. It was wonderful to worship with them!

January 2009 - NEW YEAR’S EVE PROPHETIC WORD
Given by Matt Sorger Immediately after midnight New Year's Eve, January 1, 2009, I waited on the Lord with several of our MSM team members. "Waiting on the Lord" is an almost forgotten key in drawing closer to the Lord and hearing His heart regarding your life. Simply put, you put yourself before Him. You have worship music on. You pray in the Spirit. You listen. And then you ... wait. Wait for the Lord to begin speaking to you. As we waited, God’s presence grew incredibly strong in the room. I could actually feel my entire mouth become filled with the presence of God. It was a very unusual sensation. Then I heard the Holy Spirit tell me to sing. Years ago as a young person I would spend hours playing my guitar and singing to the Lord. He would often anoint me with a prophetic mantle and sing prophetic words back to my heart. I have journals filled with these prophetic words from the Lord. On New Year’s Eve, as I opened my mouth to sing, the following prophetic word was given to us that night. I call you sons. I call you daughters, for you have longed to know My ways and you've longed to know My heart. This is the place where you learn My ways. This is the place where you know My heart (Sitting at His feet in His presence).

January 2009 - My Personal Tribute to Jill Austin
Jill was scheduled to be with us this week in our New Year Prophetic Glory Conference. She was so excited to be with us. When she first went into the hospital last week for emergency surgery she told the doctor, “Oh, I have to be out of the hospital by Sunday. I have a meeting in NY to go to!” That was Jill’s heart. She was so zealous for God. Even in the midst of her own physical suffering, she was thinking about what God wanted to do in the meeting. My heart will greatly miss this fiery prophet, but my spirit rejoices that she is now dancing with Jesus in glory with a brand new body! She was taken quickly. The Lord called her home. But her life and inspiration will live on through many still here on the earth. Jill carried an unusual anointing of fire, zeal and passion for Jesus. Holy Spirit was her closest friend. Angels were her companions. She was full of life and was great fun to be with! I honor the life she lived in devotion to God. I honor the anointing she carried on her life. I honor her friend, Holy Spirit. I believe when a seed is planted in the ground, it does not remain alone, but it produces a harvest. I believe Jill’s life will be multiplied through those who knew and were impacted by her. At our New Year Glory Gathering in New York, where Jill was scheduled to minister we will be praying for the mantle of the Holy Spirit to be released and imparted; that fiery, radical breaker anointing Spirit that releases the tangible glory and power of God. We will also be presenting a Jill Austin Tribute during the conference in honor and love for this dear woman of God. Her life will continue to be an inspiration to many!

December 2008 - The New Religious Spirit
Jesus was very clear when He spoke about the religious spirit. He was referring to the Pharisees who were trying to achieve a sense of righteousness apart from grace, but rather through the Law. It was a self achieved righteousness, a self righteousness. Jesus also spoke about the hypocrisy of the Pharisees and the hypocrisy of the religious spirit. They were preaching commands to others that they were not walking in themselves. It was impossible to obey the whole Law completely. There is only one thing that separates us from GRACE. The Law. Trying to achieve righteousness through works alone. I will say it again, there is only ONE THING that separates you from grace, the LAW. I know the bible also declares God gives grace to the humble and resists the proud. Pride can be manifested in a religious spirit by trying to achieve your own righteousness apart from grace. The Law cannot produce right standing with God. It only leads you towards the revelation that the only way to truly be right with God is by His grace. November 2008 - CLEAR WATER REVIVAL
Holy Spirit said to me that He’s releasing a "clear water revival". And He spoke it over and over and over again to me – clear water, clear water, clear water, clear water -- He’s releasing a "clear water revival". And He said that this move of the Spirit will not be tainted or touched by the hands of man or flesh. It will not be tainted. Listen to what the word of the Lord is saying tonight because this is a very pivotal moment in the Spirit right now. The Lord said that He is releasing a "clear water revival" and that this move of the Spirit will not be tainted by the flesh of man. CROSSING OVER INTO A NEW SEASON: A GREAT POLARIZATION WILL TAKE PLACE & THE GREY AREAS WILL BE REMOVED And then He spoke to me and He said that tonight is a night of crossing over. He said that tonight the church is crossing over into a new season. And the Lord said "Mark this date in your bible; mark it on your calendar". Tonight we have crossed over into a new season in the Spirit and the Lord said from this moment forward: black will become very black and white will become very white. And the Lord said He is removing the grey areas. Black will become very black and white will become very white. He said there’s coming a great polarization even within the body of Christ.

October 2008 - Eight Secrets to Operating In Creative Miracles
I’ll never forget the moment that twelve year old girl stepped onto the platform while miracles where happening all over the stadium. The Lord had led me to pray for deaf ears to be opened. As God’s presence and glory filled the atmosphere, ears that could not hear suddenly began to pop open. As testimonies came forth my team brought a young girl onto the platform. As they brushed back her long brown hair I was astonished at the sight. She was born with out ears. There were just little holes in the side of her head. As the anointing of God came upon her she could hear a popping in her ears. Suddenly as the Lord released a creative miracle, eardrums were formed on the inside of her head and her hearing was opened for the first time in her life. I knew the miracle had nothing to do with me. My part was simply to lead the people in worship until the glory came and then let God do the rest. That night in Mexico we saw many healed by God’s power, even several cripples. I had first witnessed the amazing healing power of God in my mother when I was 14 years old. But over the next several years I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t seeing more of that same power demonstrated in weekly church life. I was tired of powerless prayers. When I prayed for someone I wanted something to happen, anything! Combined with this sense of frustration was an insatiable thirst and longing in my spirit for deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit. Two things were happening in my life as a young person; God was making me dissatisfied with the status quo and He was placing a spiritual hunger in my heart that began driving me into hours of communion with the Holy Spirit.

October 2008 - Rosh Hashanah and the Ten Days of Awe
Sept. 29, 2008 marks the day of Rosh Hashanah, beginning the spiritual New Year. This day begins the period known as the Ten Days of Awe and ends in Yom Kippur and the Day of Atonement. Rash Hashanah is also known as the Feast of Trumpets. According to the World Book Encyclopedia during this festival the Jewish people pray for God’s forgiveness, for a good new year and for long life. According to Jewish tradition this day is the beginning of God’s annual judgment of humanity. During this spiritual season the eyes of God are searching our hearts. It is a time to: 1. Humble ourselves before God and let Him search and judge our hearts. We must have a contrite attitude and repent of all sin. 2. Pray God’s blessing over the New Year. 3. Pray God’s blessing for a long and healthy life in Christ. A MOVEMENT OF HOLINESS AND POWER During this season there is a call going out to holiness and power! As we transition into the new season we will see two very important streams running parallel to each other in the Church. There will be a stream of very deep holiness along with a stream of extraordinary power. The days of mixture are over where people have operated in the anointing in public and lived in sin in private. God is calling us to a higher standard and to a place of spiritual maturity. God is bringing the Church into a place of true son-ship. For this to happen we must experience His holy, loving discipline so we can mature into the place of holiness and power He is calling us into. God is dealing with all mixture in the heart of the Church, corporately and individually. There is a greater glory coming and in order to hold its weight we must have a firm, strong foundation. When you are building the foundation of a house, it must be strong in order to handle the weight. As the power of God increases on the Church we must have an even more solid foundation. God is taking all the mixture out so we can handle the pure power of the Holy Spirit. In this season of Awakening we will see two parallel streams: holiness and power.

June 2008 - A WOMAN SET FREE FROM YEARS OF OPPRESSION THROUGH JOY!
Dear Friends and Partners, As I write this months’ letter, it is 2:30 AM on a Saturday morning. I couldn’t wait to share with you some thoughts about what God has been doing here in the ministry. I am writing from Ontario, Canada, in Owen Sound. We finished up our second night meeting a short while ago and I am still floating in the anointing. What a Spiritual Breakthrough Conference this has been! I told the people tonight that years ago I prayed that I would always be right in the center of what God was doing. Tonight we were. It wasn’t about contending for a breakthrough. We had already broken through from the first song. The heavens were open and God was pouring out upon us. Last night was very unusual. There was an extraordinary joy in the meeting. I was preaching with a wonderful sense of humor, but it was more than something natural. It was supernatural. People were being overcome by waves of joy throughout the meeting. Some people get offended by joy in church. I think it is the most wonderful thing! It is our strength. Tonight a woman shared her testimony from last night’s meeting. She had been in over nine foster homes as a child, was raped, abused and deeply oppressed by the enemy. As waves of joy flooded over her she laughed for the first time in her life. All of the years of heaviness, despair and oppression just melted away. She felt 1,000 pounds lighter by the next day. Her life was changed forever! Thank you for being a part of this transformed life! This morning as I awoke, I instantly started talking to God in prayer and experienced the overwhelming sense of His presence with me in the room. It was glorious. That same presence and atmosphere was in the meeting as I entered the building tonight. It is the spirit of revival. There is a heavy, tangible glory among us. That is what I love the most about what God is doing here in Owen Sound, Canada and everywhere. His presence!

May 2008 - RECEIVE GOD'S HEALING POWER TODAY!
As we move forward into this new season it is very important to stay humble and pure in heart and to always give the glory and honor to God and not place the focus on ourselves. This will be vital to maintaining the purity and integrity of God's move. DEAF EARS ARE POPPING OPEN I was at a church near my home and a young Man Matt Sorger was preaching. While he was preaching I was healed! I've had problems with my hearing and I've been healed. Praise God. Janet ~ Syracuse, NY I had deafness because of high fevers as a child. Tubes and fibers were destroyed in my ears because of the high fevers from kidney failure. I am now completely healed! Cathy ~ Maricopa, AZ WALKED WITH A LIMP-LEG SUPERNATURALLY STRAIGHTENED I had a polyp on my knee for seven years and I was unable to straighten my leg. I had orthroscopic surgery on my knee and the surgeon said it was successful, but I walked with a limp and still couldn't straighten it. I was healed during the meeting and now can straighten my leg and walk! Carolyn ~ AZ HEALED FROM EPILEPSY AND PARTIAL SEIZURES I had partial seizures on the right side of my body from a form of Epilepsy of a different kind. I started to cry while going down on the floor under God’s power. While God’s power was moving through me I experienced a short arm seizure. All of a sudden it stopped! I felt peace and happiness. There was nothing the doctors could do for me. Matt turned to my area in the room and called out my eating disorder. I suddenly felt a heat in my stomach area. The power of God touched and healed me. April 2008 - IT’S A NEW SEASON OF MIRACLES AND GREATER GLORY!
God is up to something. Over the last few months we have been witnessing a dramatic increase of God’s healing, miracle power. We are stepping into a new season where signs, wonders and miracles are becoming easy. There is a shift happening in the spirit and God is calling everyone to access and step into it. Now is the time to pray for the sick like never before. There is a great healing grace being poured out. As we have been traveling across America over the last several months the glory of God has been poured out in such a tangible, overwhelming way. There is a heavy weight of glory sweeping over those who are hungry for more of God! Hunger and thirst are the key to receiving this GREAT GRACE God is releasing. We must get our eyes off of ourselves and onto Him. I have found myself saying “IT’S JUST THAT EASY!” As the weight of His glory has filled entire rooms His healing grace and presence has been sweeping over the people healing them right in their seats! We worship until His glory comes and then He does the rest. There is a new realm of corporate healing glory being released. We call out a sickness by the Holy Spirit and it gets healed. It’s just that easy. It’s not hard in the glory!

February 2008 - 12 Prophetic Signposts for 2008
As I have been waiting on the Holy Spirit throughout the month of January I have been processing in my spirit several prophetic themes. The listing below includes many of the things Holy Spirit has been stirring in my heart as we move into 2008. I also feel that some of what I shared for 2007 is still being carried over into 2008 and has not reached its full development. I encourage you to also read our 2007 article to continue to lay hold of the Father’s heart for this generation of believers and for your life personally. Take some time to meditate and pray over the Key Scriptures included with each prophetic highlight. I pray these words are a blessing to you. 1. God is about to invade His church. Jesus is inspecting His Father’s temple. Some tables are going to be overturned this year. Don’t be dismayed when you see this happen. It is the hand of the Lord. God is refining the inward motives of the heart. Any work done with a selfish, self-seeking motive will not survive the refining fire. Key Scriptures: Mt 21:12; 1 Cor 3:13, 4:5 2. God is calling the church to return to and re-strengthen the foundations of our faith and personal walk with Him and our ministries. A refining fire is coming and anything not built on a foundation of love will not stand the testing. God is inspecting our works. He wants work motivated by first love, not empty activity. Some lamp stands will be removed this year. Anything not built on love will be shaken. Key Scripture: Rev 2:4-5 3. There will be many “love-tests” this year. People will be given opportunities to grow in true Christ-like love. God will allow moments of difficulty and challenge to teach us to walk and live in love. He is taking us deeper into the gospel of the Kingdom, which is to love God with all our hearts and to love people. God is really bringing a revival of true heartfelt love. God wants to invade whole cities and regions. The key that will unlock cities and bring a move of God like the Welsh Revival of 1904 will be a revelation and reality of Kingdom love. Key Scriptures: 1 Pet 4:12-13; Mt 22:36-40 4. New ministries will be birthed this year. There will be another wave of launching ministries. God has been laying foundations and now is the time to take action and step out into the fullness of the call of God. Some “good things” will have to be let go of in order to lay hold of God’s best. February 2008 - A WORD FOR 2008: RE-STRENGTHEN AND SECURE YOUR FOUNDATION
There is a great shaking happening in the corporate body of Christ. There is also a shaking happening on every level within the lives and hearts of individual believers. As the Lord prunes areas of our hearts, it is so we can be more fruitful. God desires to multiply His kingdom through you. But in order for that to happen it is vitally important that we re-strengthen the foundations. You can only advance as high and as wide as your foundation will allow. If you have a faulty or weak foundation you will be limited in how much you can experience God’s multiplication. The Lord spoke to me regarding the church to “re-strengthen the foundations." At first I took that to mean, re-strengthen the character and holiness of Christ in our lives. Although I’m sure that is a vital part of our foundation, the Holy Spirit showed me something a little deeper. The foundation God is calling us to re-strengthen is love! Did you know that God will allow you to walk through things so that he can teach you His ways? God allows adverse moments to teach us to walk and live like Christ - in love. There is an emphasis given by God this year on reforming and reshaping us into His image. Many “love tests” will give us the opportunity to strengthen the foundation of love and Christ likeness in our lives. As we choose the lower path of humility, God will exalt us in greater power and dominion authority. God is sifting through every action, word and thought. He is sifting everything back down to its foundation. If the foundation is wrong, it won’t stand. Many things will crumble this year that don’t have the right foundation. Anything motivated by selfishness and greed will be shaken down.

December 2007 - Highlights from 2007
India Girls Home We made some great breakthroughs this year in our India Girls Home. The Indian ministry we are working with, called Reach Asia, was able to work through some serious governmental bureaucracy in acquiring a prime piece of land in an ideal location for the home. Some of the girls are living in temporary housing while the current building on the new land is being demolished so a new one can be built sometime in early 2008. This is the projected finish. International Trips We had a great time traveling internationally to countries such as South America (Medellin, Colombia), Europe (Denmark, England and Wales), Bahamas with Tommy Tenney, and Canada. United Nations Outreach We were also able to reach into areas of government with a Healing Glory meeting in the United Nations in NYC. Diplomats and UN Staff were touched and blessed by the presence of the Holy Spirit. Several gave their hearts to Jesus during the gathering and several were healed in their bodies. Times Square International Prayer Gathering It was an honor to minister in the heart of NYC at the International Prayer Gathering hosted by New Greater Bethel Ministries and Pastor Boyd. What a time we had as God’s presence filled Times Square with thousands of unsaved people walking by! Some even ran from the sidewalks to give their lives to Jesus!

November 2007 - Guard the Glory
Matt's featured article in Charisma Magazine's December 2007 Issue We guard the habitation of God’s glory in our lives by making the right choices. For years, my heart longed for more than just a temporary visitation of God's presence in a church service or private prayer time. Momentary encounters were not enough. I wanted visitation to become habitation. In time, God began to answer my heart's cry, and I learned that when we prepare a place for His glory in our hearts He will show up at the most unexpected moments. This is because God longs to fill us with His Spirit on a continual basis. He wants us to live in His glory. How can you dwell in that place? The daily choices we make determine how much of God's presence we live in. During my 20-year journey of walking with the Lord I have found that He often brings me back to one simple truth: Find out what pleases His heart and pursue that with all my heart. On my desk is a stone plaque that reads, "The man who walks with God always gets to his destination." I read this every morning when I wake up. It is a constant reminder to make the right choices during my day so that I will walk with God and achieve the destination He has set for me. I know that as long as I am walking with Him, nothing will be able to block the flow of His blessing in my life. I have often found that it is the small, seemingly insignificant choices we make that can have the greatest impact on our spiritual lives. Small choices lead to big choices.

October 2007 - There’s a Shaking
There is a shaking happening across the corporate Body of Christ. God is getting us ready for an outpouring of greater glory and in the process He is transitioning the Church into the fullness of her inheritance. A Dream and a Vision Recently I had a dream in which I was preaching. Whenever I have a preaching dream I know God is trying to tell me something. In this dream I’m shouting at the top of my lungs “Everything that can be shaken will be shaken!” And I’m saying it over and over again. “Everything that can be shaken will be shaken! Everything that can be shaken will be shaken!” I’m booming this out in my sleep and I wake up hearing myself say, “Everything that can be shaken will be shaken!” In June of this year I was with my team in NY and we had gone out to lunch to celebrate one of our team member’s birthdays. We were in the parking lot of a local restaurant when the presence of God came over our group and I was caught into a vision. It was a very simple vision but it spoke clearly and powerfully to me of the time we’re in right now. In my vision I saw a wall with a narrow archway in it. The Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “Matt, I have a broad place that I’m bringing My people into. September 2007 - ENTERING A NEW YEAR THIS WEEK! DISCOVER THE PROPHETIC SIGNIFICANCE OF ROSH HASHANAH
Rosh Hashanah is one of the highest holy days on the Jewish calendar. I have come to understand that God works in times and seasons and never does anything haphazardly. Over the last four years since God first launched us out into the healing ministry I always noticed that each year September would be a significant month spiritually for us. It was in September of 2002 that our ministry was birthed and each September following God has brought a significant change and transition. It was only this last year that I discovered that September marks the first month of the original Jewish calendar with Rosh Hashanah marking the first day of the New Year. I gained a revelation and understanding that the Jewish Feasts and Holy Days mark important times and seasons in the Spirit. God still works in line with His original calendar. Lev. 23:23-32 share about the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement. There is both historical and prophetic significance in each feast. The first three feasts deal with the first coming of Christ while the last three look forward to His Second Coming. Each feast will be fulfilled historically through the life of Christ. The Feasts still hold great significance for us today. Jesus said in Mt.5:17 “Think not that I have come to destroy the Law, or the prophets. I have not come to destroy, but to fulfill.” Col. 2:16-17 also indicates that these feasts are a “shadow of things to come.” Things that have been concealed in the Old Testament have now been revealed through the life of Christ. This day begins the period known as the Ten Days of Awe and ends in Yom Kippur and the Day of Atonement. July 2007 - Holy Spirit Floods the United Nations in NY – Read Now
Hundreds of UN staff and several delegates attended the event, hosted by Margo Kemp, Prayer Coordinator of the Christian Cultural Society within the UN. There are meetings at the UN representing every sort of man-made attempts for world peace, so why not hold meetings that exalt the King of Kings? – who alone can lead the world to peace. Matt moved by the Spirit called out several words of knowledge for healing and prayed for the Holy Spirit to touch the UN staff. As God’s glory broke in, many gave their hearts to the Lord and were deeply moved upon by the Spirit. The UN became filled with God’s glory and power! There were several UN staff who received Jesus for the first time! The glory was so heavy that even as Matt and his team left the auditorium and meeting hall, the team – oblivious of onlookers – had to stop in the busy UN mezzanine to receive right there from the Lord. As the UN staff spilled out from the meeting they were being slain out by God’s power right in front of the offices!

June 2007 - GIRLS HOME UPDATE -- WE HAVE THE LAND!
The land to build MSM's first Girls Home has been purchased in the country of India.  We were determined to locate the ideal property with easy access to a good quality school system, medical facilities, and the commercial area in the suburbs of Chennai India and God has answered our prayers! Thank God for His favor as we have been able to successfully work through the government bureaucracy and obtain all the necessary permits for the Girls Home.

There is a very old 700 sq. ft. building in very poor condition that will be demolished soon to build our brand new facility for the children.  We are in the process of collecting quotations from various building contractors to begin building the facility.  We will keep our partners informed of the progress, periodically.

December 2006 - 2006 Overview
In 2006 the Lord led us to host what we called “Awakening Gatherings”. We hosted six regional conferences across the United States in NY, CT, CA, IA, and WV. During these gatherings many of you were our guests including Pastor Che and Sue Ahn, Wesley and Stacey Campbell, Mahesh Chavda, James Goll, Robert Stearns, Jason Upton and others. We have established our home conference base where we host 2 conferences a year here in Long Island, NY. Our April conference is called Glory, Signs and Wonders Conference focusing in on the manifest glory and presence of God and healing and miracles. Our Nov. conference is called Prophetic Open Heavens Conference and also focuses in on the manifest presence of God as well as releasing a clear prophetic word for the Body of Christ. We just returned home from our India 2006 Trip with a team of 23 on-fire, radical believers who shook India with the power of Jesus Christ. It was amazing and life-changing for all of us. October 2006 - Your Wilderness is Over!
We just arrived home from our East Coast Awakening Conference with Stacey Campbell held in West Virginia. WOW! We have truly moved in to a new season of God’s glory and power being released into the earth. The manifest presence of God was amazing as the Lord came in a powerful way. I am rejoicing in all of the healings that took place, but even more than that, in the awesome awareness of His presence and glory. We were able to stream the conference live via Extreme Voice Internet Radio to over 23 countries around the world and 26 states here in America. Emails were flooding in all weekend with testimonies of the power of God touching people right in their homes and work places as they listened on-line. On Sunday I shared a prophetic word that I am sending this month to our partners about crossing over into the new season of God. Your wilderness is over! God is turning the wilderness into pools of living water. He’s transforming your desert into a fountain. He’s opening up new wells in the valley! September 2006 - Into the Holy of Holies with Matt
During Matt's recent trip to Denmark, the power of God moved in an extraordinary way. The national Danish newspaper printed this article the week after Matt's visit, reaching over 6,000 people with this wonderful story of God's power and miraculous visitation. Matt Sorger’s mom was dramatically healed by the power of the Holy Spirit when he was 14 years old. Since then hunger for God’s Presence and Glory have been the driving force in his life, Matt said when he visited Denmark. When Matt Sorger’s mom received healing during a Mass in a Catholic Church, she was knocked back ten feet by the invisible power of the Holy Spirit. “It was actually a quiet Catholic mass,” Matt said when we met him in Kolding, “my mom went forward to receive prayer from the priest who was filled with the Holy Spirit.” “When the priest prayed for her, the power of the Holy Spirit came and threw her more than ten feet back through the air. Her whole body was shaking under the power of the Holy Spirit. She thought she had died and gone to Heaven, because she had no idea what was going on. She had never experienced the Holy Spirit before. But when she got up she was completely healed,” Matt Sorger said.

We will never experience the true fire of the Holy Spirit without close fellowship with Him. You can live a life of extraordinary, supernatural power! The secret is actually quite simple. God’s power is obtained through a lifestyle of intimacy with Him. Jesus understood the connection between power and intimacy. Luke 5:15-16 says, “Great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by Him of their infirmities. So He Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed” (NKJV).

June 2006 - The Spirit of Awakening is Among Us-Glory, Signs & Wonders Report
The Spirit of Awakening is truly among us. For the last several months God has been taking us from glory to glory. He has released a true authentic Spirit of Awakening. The presence of God is unlike anything we have ever seen before. People are ready. They are hungry for a fresh touch from heaven. God is responding with life changing encounters with His glory. People are becoming full of the Spirit and are moved by the heart of God to carry His glory with them. During the Glory, Signs and Wonders Conference, over 700 believers gathered together in Long Island, NY from across the country from states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusettes, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, and countries including Denmark and Germany. People came hungry for more of the Spirit and to receive a miracle touch from God. Many lives were radically changed. Weeks later, we are still hearing of people impacted by the moving of the Holy Spirit during those days. Everywhere we go we are seeing a similar outpouring of God. We are surely in the throws of another Great Awakening releasing a fresh power in the Church for the purpose of end-time harvest. April 2006 - Awakening: The Invasion of God into our Culture
Haggai 1:7, 8, 14 and Haggai 2:1-9 are key scriptures for the Awakening that is upon us. God speaks through the prophet Haggai for the people to consider their ways and to build God’s temple so that He may be glorified. In verse 14, the Lord ‘stirs up’ the spirit of Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, Joshua, the high priest and the remnant of the people to build the house of the Lord so that God could have a temple in which to dwell. As the prophetic voice was released there was a supernatural stirring that took place. In Hebrew the word ‘to stir’ is ur. It means “to awaken, to stir up, to excite, to raise up, to arouse to action, to open ones eyes”. It means ‘to awaken someone from sleep and rouse them to a place of action’. This ‘awakening’ hits three groups of people: the governor, the high priest and the remnant. The Lord showed me that there will be three groups of people hit with this Awakening: political leaders, spiritual leaders and the remnant in the Church.

March 2006 - Decrease Before Increase
I want to encourage you with a prophetic word the Lord recently gave me and give you a prophetic sense of the time and season we are living in. During a time of prayer the Lord spoke to me “subtraction will equal multiplication”. To the natural mind this seems strange and illogical, but it is the “math of God”. Many times in order for there to be increase in our lives, there must first be a decrease. This decrease often comes in the area of some kind of pruning. As the Lord prunes, it is for the purpose of increased fruit.

February 2006 - Prophetic Insights for 2006
Several days prior to the New Year God began to speak to my heart about the season we are entering into for 2006. Below are some of the words that were dropped into my spirit as I was waiting on the Lord in prayer. January 2006 - Happy New Year!
Welcome to the New Year! The Word of God declares that our destiny in Christ is to go from glory to glory. I am believing that God will bring each one of us to a new level of His glory. As we move into the New Year, I have been spending some special time in prayer with the Lord. I want you to know that each one of you are special to me and I have been praying for God to visit you in a deep, intimate way. I believe that He wants to make all things new and give each one of us a fresh start, a fresh anointing, a fresh word and a fresh touch from Him! Let’s agree together for this. This weekend, January 6-7, we will be dedicating the New Year to the Lord with a powerful time of worship, waiting on God and receiving from His Word at our Awakening Weekend in CT. It’s still not too late to come. The evening meetings are free and open to the public. I’d love to see you there. I will be sharing some insights God has given me for 2006.

December 2005 - Special Christmas Message from Matt
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Wow, we are coming to the close of another year! For MSM it’s been an exciting and fruitful year. In 2005 we ministered in fifteen states across the US including New Mexico, Connecticut, New York, Vermont, Washington, Texas, New Jersey, West Virginia, California, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Iowa, Ohio, North Dakota, and Massachusetts. We also ministered in six different countries including the US, Canada, Denmark, Holland, Uganda (Africa), and India, where we saw thousands saved and healed by God’s power! We also hosted our first three MSM Conferences in the northeast. Looking forward to 2006, in January we will be launching our new magazine, Power for Life, as well as our weekly On-Line program also entitled, Power for Life. Each week I will share a personal word of encouragement that will be streamed live via video to be viewed through our website. Each week you will be able to visit our site and receive a fresh word from the Lord. Also coming in 2006, MSM will be hosting six of our own conferences with special guest speakers including some of the major revival leaders from around the country. October 2005 - THE SPIRIT OF AWAKENING
God is about to break out all over our nation with extended moves of His Spirit. God is sending us to strategic locations throughout the country to help prepare the way for one of the greatest moves of God we have ever seen. There has been a tremendous anointing in our meetings with a great release of God's glory and healing power. People are being healed of cancer, deafness, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, eye conditions, back conditions, Rheumatoid Arthritis, along with many other life-threatening illnesses. As I have been waiting on God I can hear His voice speaking very clearly. I hear the Spirit of God saying that He is looking for a resting place. He is looking for those who will make room for Him to come. He wants to come and abide. God is looking for men and women who will make room for Him. Those whom He can trust He is about to release such an outpouring that will rival that of the Charismatic renewal of the 1970's. Another wave of revival will even hit the Catholic church bringing a renewed passion for Jesus in their midst.

September 2005 - REVIVAL IN DENMARK
God is moving powerfully around the world including Europe. We recently finished our second conference tour in Denmark called Miracles in Herning II with many hungry believers who are radically pressing in for revival. We experienced many supernatural encounters with God throughout the weekend. Believers gathered from churches throughout Denmark, Finland and Sweden to seek God’s presence and move into a deeper place of God’s power in their lives. There was both a great prophetic and healing flow of the Spirit during the meetings. Even the newspaper and TV reporters were there reporting in the secular newspaper what God is doing in Denmark. Each service was unique and different. In some services Matt sensed a strong healing anointing and ministered to the sick through the word of knowledge. Other times waves of God’s glory swept over the people as the Spirit of revival was poured out. Matt also ministered prophetically over many people.

August 2005 - Matt Featured in Charisma ~ The New Breed is Emerging
Charisma Magazine, one of the world’s leading Christian publications, recently celebrated their 30 year anniversary as a ministry. To commemorate this milestone they published a 30 year anniversary edition in August 2005. In this special edition they capture highlights from the past 30 years of charismatic history in America as well as sharing about the roots of the moving of the Holy Spirit in our nation. Not only does Charisma celebrate our past but they also cast vision for the future. Included in this edition is the article 30 Emerging Voices where they choose 30 young Christian leaders, all 40 or younger, who represent the future of the American church. July 2005 - Possess Me Holy Spirit!
While I was ministering at the Joel’s Army Conference the Lord put a prophetic sense in my heart of the season we are in right now. Over the last several years August-September has always been a pivotal month for our ministry. It was in the end of August 2002 when I first stepped out into the healing prophetic ministry. We are coming up to our third year anniversary as a ministry this September 2005. I felt the Lord drop in my heart that July and August would be an important time for waiting on the Lord and preparing for what was coming in September. I sense the Lord is wanting to take us to a new level of His presence and power but it will require being ready for it when it comes. I want to invite and encourage you to spend some extra time during these summer months before the Lord preparing your heart for whatever blessing and increase He desires to release in your life this coming September. I feel the Lord telling us to ‘Get ready!’ I believe there are moments in God where timing is crucial. We are coming once again into a kairos time where corporately and individually we can go to the next level in our walk with God and be entrusted with a great dimension of His presence and power in our lives. I am personally contending for more of Him. I told the young people at the conference that our daily prayer must be “Possess me Holy Spirit!” Allow the Holy Spirit to fill and possess every area of your life. When He truly has all of you there will be no limitations to the blessing and power He can pour out in your life.

June 2005 - Update for our Friends and Partners
In several of our meetings over the last month we have experienced profound visitations among the children, first in West Virginia and then in the Bronx, NY. Two weeks ago while in the Bronx we were ministering around the altar to many who were hungry for more of God. Suddenly two young girls came forward for prayer. The power of God moved mightily upon them. They began to weep and shake under the power of God. As they lay on the floor under God’s power children from all over the congregation began to come forward for prayer. It was 10pm at this point. A move of God was about to break out. As I prayed for the children a visitation of God’s glory came around that altar tangibly filling the air with His presence. Before I knew it 20 children from the age of 5 upward were laid out all over the altar weeping and shaking under God’s power.

May 2005 - The Pearl of Great Price
We must take a hard look at our present Pentecostal movement and what we call “The Baptism of the Holy Spirit”. Sure, many of us can speak in tongues, but is our shadow dangerous? Are we healing the sick, casting out demons and raising the dead? Where is the true enduement of power that comes with the Baptism of the Spirit? God is calling the Church into a season of tarrying because a new day of outpouring is upon us.

April 2005 - REVIVAL IN INDIA!
God is moving powerfully in India. The church there is ready for revival. The hunger is amazing. In city after city, the pastors would flood the altars crying out for more of the Holy Spirit and the power of God in their lives. As I preached to them about the power of the Holy Spirit, revival and receiving a fresh anointing for their lives and ministries they responded whole heartedly to the moving of the Spirit. I laid hands on many of them for a fresh anointing and revival fire to be ignited in their churches. But because of the size of the crowds I was limited to how many I could personally touch. In one meeting we had to almost stop the altar call because the people were all pushing forward on the platform. The pastor leaned over to me and said the platform couldn’t handle the force of the people and might break so we had to move them back. God’s power came in a mighty way. December 2004 - POWERFUL MINISTRY HIGHLIGHTS FROM 2004
As I reflect over the past year and all that God has done I am thankful that He has chosen to use us to bring His life and healing presence to others. You have helped us to see many lives touched with His glory. During 2004 my team and I ministered on 3 continents including North America, Europe and Asia, in 7 countries including India, Denmark, Holland, England, Wales, Canada and the United States, and in 17 states including New Mexico, Florida, New York, California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Washington, Georgia, Missouri, Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey, Texas, Connecticut and Alaska! We also ministered in over 50 churches and in over 18 regional conferences throughout America, Canada, Europe and India. Thousands were saved, healed and delivered over the past year! Praise God! October 2004 - SPECIAL EDITION ON THE WELSH REVIVAL-PICKING UP THE REVIVAL MANTLE
To give you some background on the Welsch Revival, the power of God invaded this community of coal mines and farms back in October of 1904. The day the revival began was October 31, 1904, when the life of a young revivalist named Evan Roberts was touched by the flame of God. Before the revival broke out in a national way, Evan Roberts was visited by God’s glory for 3-4 months every night from 1am to 5am. At times the light and glory of God would be so great upon him that his bed would physically shake. Evan Roberts was quoted as saying “I have reached out my hand and touched the flame. I am burning and waiting for a sign.” This was shortly before the revival was unleashed upon the entire community.

August 2004 - POSITIONING OURSELVES FOR INCREASE AND PROMOTION!
About two weeks ago the Lord began to quicken to my heart that we are moving into another season of change and transition and with it will come increase, expansion and enlargement. At the beginning of this year God spoke to me about the Joseph anointing that is being released on the church in 2004. It's an anointing for increase, favor and promotion in the Spirit. We must now position ourselves in prayer to prepare ourselves for this next level.

July 2004 - A FLAMING TORCH IS BEING PASSED TO THE NORTH EAST!
During the worship time, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and gave me a vision of a flaming torch being passed to the north east. He showed me a new breed of leaders being raised up like Samuel, where not one word will fall to the ground. They will speak and prophecy under divine authority and with the power of God. I also sensed a great move of the Spirit coming upon children. Many children will begin to hear the word of the Lord and prophecy and even experience realms of the supernatural including angelic encounters.

May 2004 - 30 Characteristics of the Glory that will Rest on the Last Day's Church
Recently during a time of prayer the Lord began to speak to me about the many characteristics that will mark the Glory of God on the Last Day’s Church. So many times we read the book of Acts and marvel at what the early church walked and lived in. The level of supernatural activity seems to far surpass what we see in the church today. As I was pondering this the Lord challenged my heart with the prophecy Jesus shared in John 14:12.

April 2004 - Birthing Revival Through Intimacy
As I stood to the pulpit all I could do was bury my head in my bible. As I held onto the podium the worship team continued to play. The Lord spoke that He would strengthen me to be able to share the word He had written on my heart. As I lifted my head I could visibly see a white mist glory cloud hovering near the ceiling of the church. Several others could see it too. It was the manifest glory of God. All around the sanctuary people were weeping and shaking some on their knees and some standing. The Lord was impregnating us with the seed of revival. He began to speak to me that revival would be birthed out of intimacy.

March 2004 - The Coming Healing Revival
Several months ago I had a deeply profound experience with the Lord. During worship I was surrounded by the Holy Spirit's presence and was moved upon by God’s glory. His presence became so heavy I could no longer stand under the weight of it. As I lay on the floor, waves of glory swept over my body and I was caught up into a vision. I saw the expanse of the horizon before me with the sun beginning to rise. The voice of the Lord spoke to me and said “It is the days of Malachi.” I was brought to the scripture in Malachi 4 concerning the Great Day of the Lord.

February 2004 - The Joseph Anointing
Recently while ministering in a Signs and Wonders Conference in New Mexico the Lord gave me a prophetic word for 2004. He said that 2004 would be a year of great release. The anointing that was released on Joseph in the book of Genesis would be released on the church this year.

January 2004 - Revival Generation
This is a revival generation. There is great destiny about to be unleashed in and through the lives of young people all across the world. This revival will not be limited to one nation. I see God raising up a holy, radical army of young people from among the nations of the world.

February 2003 - From the Fire to the Glory
God has been moving in a very deep and powerful way since the beginning of this new year. The Lord has been showing me some key prophetic insights into what is on the horizon for the Church.

January 2003 - Running With Vision
Vision is important. It’s what propels us forward and causes us to rise higher in God. Without vision we stagnate and die.
